My maverick still has the stock bench seats in the front and they're pretty torn up. The bottom part has extra foam added and came with a seat cover. The problem is with the backrest, its slowly getting torn up.

I don't have the time right now to replace the bench seats with buckets (which is what I want to do in the long term) and there doesn't seem to be any place around here that sells full bench seat covers for cars. Would a truck bench seat cover fit? Where would I have to go to find ones for cars? Or if anybody has any other suggestions that might help that would be great.

I have seen some here and there on Ebay that should fit. A lot of cars were built with 50/50 split bench seats in the 50s 60s and 70's. As was mentioned is JC Whitney. They have a really nice seat cover selection and you can order the correct ones from them for sure. I plan on running seat covers in mine for a while until I can have new upholstery made for it.

I'll check that place out. I'm not too big a fan of shopping around online, unless I know exactly what I want, but since there's nothing except for bucket seat covers at the stores around here it will have to do.
