Any of you performed this Mustang mod on your Mavericks? I think I'm going to drill the new holes tomorrow and put it all back together. Any comments?

    I mean this:

On the Mustang, Shelby relocated the upper control arms on the front suspension by drilling new mounting holes 1 inch below the originals. The effect was two fold; lowering the front of the car somewhat and increasing camber gain in the front suspension geometry.

I've done it, kinda, I got my upper control arms from Global West and they include the template, and instructions, and alignment specs to make the most of the modification. The ball joint angle is also corrected to compensate for the different position it sits at. It does make a difference. They were worth the money.

I did it to mine. It definetly lowered it. Too much, almost. My header collectors nearly drag the ground (but I've got the shorter Moroso drag springs and small diameter front-runners).
