M7A1V happened to have a shift collar on a 69.5 parts car. Have not got it all back together yet but did not see any cracks on the inside. Maybe it will last a while. Anyone runs across one somewhere let me know though I am still looking to collect a few, Thing is it has to be a 69.5 with the ignition key on the dash not on the steering column. Thanks for everything everyone.......Kelly

I have a 69.5 Maverick with a 3 on the column manual shift and the shift collar that goes around the steering column that the shift handle pivots on has broken inside. As most may know this is a very hard (almost impossible I believe) part to find. My only hope it seems will be a stroke of luck if someone walks up on a 3 on the column manual shift in a junkyard or converts their 3 on the column to a floor shift and has a way to fill in the void removing their colar would leave. Any suggestions/recomendations/tips/leads etc. will be greatly appreciated. My email address is Kelly_Evans@bat.com or KE1181@aol.com Thanks
