Purple carpet with yellow and white seats?
Sounds like a cool color combination to me!

Well, I stand by my previous remark.
The first person to do the aforementioned color scheme gets a nickel!

So how should i get ride of the holes. I'm gana put put some rust doctor on it, then what should i do with the holes, weld it?

    Longer list

You really need to deal with where & why you have rust. If you have lots of rust in your floorboards you probably have rust holes in cowl. If that is the case you will not want to fix any holes in the floorboards because you will need drainage.
Now, that last sentence was a bad joke but sadly all truthfull. Hopefully the rust started from underneath. Do a search on cowl repair. Then remove all carpet and pour a gallon of water down the both sides of the cowl and check for running water on floorboards. If thats not the problem you maybe able to fix minor rust issues yourself.
I am not a mechanic, or a paint & body man. I do however own a media blast shop & I have seen many rust issues. I would like to see you fix this problem permanently. I generally spend about an hour with my customers providing as many options as possible. There are pros & cons to every solution. Do your reseach before you decide on any procedure.
Let me know if I can help.
