single pole fuel sending unit

    Hey guys I was wondering how to wire a single pole fuel sending unit up in my 71 merc comet

    Original 72 Sprint Owner, 71 Comet GT, 57 Ranchwagon, 57 4 dr Wagon
    Disconnect the 2 wire plug that normally plugs into the old 2 wire sending unit. Ground one pin at a time and watch your fuel gauge. The one that makes the gauge go to full is the one you want to attach to the new 1 wire sending unit. Make sure the other wire is grounded to the fuel tank.
