I lot of times you can use a legal loophole involving the presence of a factory front plate mount. If you have the mount, you gotta have a plate.

    California huh?
Well, do you know what happened back in 1850, in California?

    California became a state.
    The State had no electricity.
    The State had no money.
    Almost everyone spoke Spanish.
There were gun fights in the streets.

So basically, it was just like California today except the women
had real breasts and men didn't hold hands...

    mikey,
you have to have a license on the front and back in cali. some guys get around it by taping it in the front and rear windows, but thats still pushing your luck.

Yep! You need a front plate in Califorina, most of the time you can get away without it, however if you live near a city that has those red light camera's they'll nail you, also is your plate lost? Is it the blue and yellow one? ,or being a 70 model you may have the black and yellow.Which one do you have?
