Yep, my 4-door '74 lime yellow Bessie is gone. Going through the McDonalds drive through to get a sweet tea. Guy in a big Ford pickup tells me "You don't see many of those around any more!" and I agreed, then he asks how much it would take to buy it. I've heard that plenty of times as well. I tell him it would take more than it is worth and he presses me for how much. I say $3000, and he asks if I will pull over and let him take a look. Sure thing. So he looks it over, inside and out and under, and then gives me his address and says come on over and we'll do the deal. Three hours later I sign over the title and it's a done deal! $3k sounds like a good deal for you for a 4 dr. with that you can buy a 2dr and get started on some upgrades
