Somerset KY Cruise - saw Mavericks on Horsepower TV

    FYI ...

    Was watching HorsePower TV today at 10:30 on SPIKE. They were at the Somerset, KY Cruise-in. 3 Mavericks and 1 Comet showed up all in a row and were on camera twice. A red Grabber (see below) and red Comet GT had Mach 1 type rear spoilers. Then there was a Blue Grabber followed by a Yellow Grabber. All for cars were going down the street together so I'm sure you guys all cruised together.

    This was the first car in front of the others .. ....

    i was there yesterday and got some nice snapshots of 3 mavericks and a blue comet gt. really nice cars. mine kept overheating on me and wasnt able to bring mine. note: the yellow grabber was powered by a paxton supercharger:D

    The green w/ flames is Rudy Bidlack, the brown one and the yellow one were both at the last roundup but I can't remember there names right now. I think there last name is Hahn. Very nice cars!!!(y) (y)

    Damn, and to think..I was outside washing my 73 while that was on, after all these years it's nice to see. Soon we won't hear "Maverick? you have a Maverick???" (or Comet) :bouncy: anymore....

    Yep, Tony & Terry Hahn's is the yellow and the bronze one.
    The red grabber is Tim Wallen.
    All 3 of these were at the Round-up last year.
    The Comet came after Wilbur and I left and I cannot remember their names.
    All very clean and very sharp cars.
    The above 3 will be in Owensboro next month.
