Source for 1970 Grabber Hood Stripe Stencil?

    73 LDO, 72 Sprint, 70 Grabber.
    Maybe Craig, or someone else can answer this for me. I have checked the places to get the Grabber stripes (Phoenix, etc...), but none of them have the stencil for the 70 Grabber hood stripes. Where could I find one, or does it have to be done freehand by a painter? Thanks.

    When I had my car done, the shop took a pattern before they stripped it.

    I talked to Graphics Express once about making a stencil for the Sprint hood. They said if I could make a tracing of the design, they could make a stencil. Problem was I didnt have a hood to trace. Anyway. I doubt you could make an accurate tracing or get a stencil because of the compound curve on the front of the hood. Was the 70 originally painted or a decal?

    Originally painted.

    I would suggest sanding the hood and leaving enough of a "shadow" of the stripe so you know where to mask as well.
