spare tire size

    I just bought my maverick about a year ago and i need to get a new spare tire for it, but i dont know what the correct size would be to get now a days, was the spare tire a different size then the rest of the tires on the car from factory?

    yes i do, in the trunk with a tire on it but the tire is trashed and i cant read the size, but im pretty sure its a 14 inch wheel but idk for sure, the car it self has after market american racing rims and the tires i believe if i remember right are 205/70 R 15 i think or they might be 205/75R15 idk for exactly but i just wanna get a decent spare tire in case something happens sometime out on the road.
