spindle interchange

    hello everyone,
    was just wondering,i have a pair of spindles(5 lug with drums)off a 68 mustang.would these go onto a 70 maverick?i have a nice pair if anyone is interested.also does anyone make a kit where i could keep my 4 lug setup,(for orig.purposes)and add on disk brakes(for safety)?thanks in advance for any and all info.

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    I think I saw an article in Mustangs and Fords about a Mustang parts supplier that sells a 4-lug disc brake conversion kit for a Mustang. Just might work for a Maverick as well. Not sure who it was that sold it.

    '70 Maverick Grabber
    The '70 Maverick shares the same spindle with the '70 Mustang with drum brakes. '68's are a different part number.
