spline count

    Without me pulling the car apart anyone know what the driveshaft spline count is on a 250I, or are they all the same between maverick/comet engine family?

    New C4 transmission has 26 spline input shaft.

    70 mav, 71 grabber, 73 Comet, 2004 f-250 crew cab diesel, 2001 f-250, 2004 explorer, 2007 Gold Wing trike.
    should be all the same. tranny input shaft changed in 1970. before that was a 24, after went to 26.:)
