What do you guys think about a 4 door Sprint look alike? That might be kind of interesting.

I think it is an outstanding idea. It works so well on the car in a stock form. Taking the Sprint theme to a 4dr would be a great way to incorporate it and also maybe cause people to wonder if it is factory. I be liken it!

I like this idea as well. GM did the same with the Cavalier Z24 by offering a 4 door version with the Z24 package. A 4 door Stallion would be cool too!

I won't rest until I help talk someone into turning a 4-door into a Mad Max Movie car.

Thats a really cool idea too, but my car is blue already and I think it would be easier to convert to a sprint-like theme.

JMO but, I think it would look better the way it is.

I think It'd be interesting to see what it would look like. It's your car, so go for it if that's what you wanna do.

I think its a great idea. Especially if you bring it to the Roundup. You can park next to me.

A blueish/silver on black stallion would work....and look good.

Excellent idea! I love it! I totally agree that it would look the best on an otherwise stock-looking car, especially if you also took the time to make the interior match as well. Maybe add a set of stock styled-steel rallye wheels and you'd have a real looker!

    Paint codes?

Can anyone help me out with the proper Sprint paint codes? Also, is the red stripe above the blue part a particular color of red. Some pics and measurements of how high the blue comes up on the sides would help. I assume the Sprint flags for the rear quarters are still available somewhere. Interior pics would help too. Thanks for the help.

The Sprints were wimbeldon white. Personally I dont like that off white. The car always looked dirty to me. I painted mine the brightest white I could find. The blue is grabber blue, and all the red pin stripping is 1/4" 3M Scotchcal, part #72604 is a 150 ft roll of 1/4" red. Its available from any place that sells automotive paint products. The side badge is reproduced and available from Osborn Reproductions. http://www.osborn-reproduction.com/. I'll get you detailed pictures of the hood with measurements later on today.

Thats great, thanks for all the info. You sure seem to know your Sprints.

I am pretty sure I want to do the 4 door Sprint theme, but I am not a fan of the white interior especially since this is a School Bus for my 7 & 9 year olds. I have a nice factory interior now an I might just add some strategic white accents to finish off the sprint theme on the inside as well. Maybe I will make some new white door panels (preserving my originals just in case) and some floor mats and I will be making a set of custom kick panels for the stereo system which I can paint white as well. So interior pick might help too if you have any ideas I am all ears.

    Thanks

P.S. Great source for decals. Reasonable too.
