    That car needs it's front end lowered ... not rear end raised ...

    Not bad but the shackles would go. I don`t like mavs lowered but thats my taste. Thats why are cars all look different

    wont stock maverick springs get u about that hieght in the front.. mine sat about there with a 6 cyl i think before, but i bought cut mustang springs to drop it.. u can see it in my thread in the general forum

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P

    Everyone likes different "looks" for their car. Personally, I like nostalgic drag looks.... and accompanying noise, fumes, quarter mile times and crapola gas mileage. (y)

    But like someone above said, that car you have a pic of there would (IMO) benefit (eye appeal wise) more from a lowered front end more than any more lift in the rear.

    I made my car sit exactly like this vintage drag car does (which, by the by, I found on this very forum in another members pics archive).... has the same tire dimensions as well- though my rims are black like the rest of my car.

    I will post a pic of my car sitting like this one in a week or so when the motor is back in it....again.... lol.

    I'd agree to just dropping the front a inch or so. Otherwise it is a gorgeous car. But, please affix the center caps. Now for a little sidetrack. Has anyone moved the side view mirrors forward so that the leading point comes up to the leading point of the window? If so, how does it look? (Good, bad, waste of time...)
