Took the front bumper mounts off my 77. put them in the 10 ton press at work and pushed the insert in about 3 inches and welded it up. Now to trim the stone guard and bumper wrap arounds. Is it ever done ??? :yikes:

No pics yet. I got home from work at 7:30am. Before I put it together I want to clean and paint underneath. That won't happen till next week. Off to Hilton Head tonight and won't be home till Tuesday. It's time for some parasailing, fishing, sand, shrimp and ice cold beer :drink: !! Anybody around there ? Might need a Maverick "fix" while I'm away !! :D

while your at it, you may want to think about chopping off some of that girder that the bummper bolts to.....when I did mine I manged to lose about 20 lbs off the front, move the battery and call it 60lb.(y)
