I think the following fragment :

    "3A1052604046%3Bi%3A3001"

    should be:

    "3A1052604046%3Bi%3A3002"

Could you take a screen shot of the pop up error and e-mail me? To take the screen shot, press the "print screen" button located next to your "F12" key when the pop up appears. Then open up MS word or MS paint and "paste" the picture. Save it and email it to maverick@maverick.to

Which Internet Service Provider are you using?

    hell...

    Well Stefan,
Try as I may, It won't do it anymore.
I think it may have had to do with a piece of software I was using called "proxyconn"
It's a connection speed accelerator and I uninstalled it yesterday.
Now that screen doesn't happen anymore.
    Thanks.

That makes sense, as it acts as a proxy server which serves you a "reformulated" version of the webpage. I'd image that the images you were receiving were of lower quality as they were highly compressed.

The quality wasn't really all that terrible and it really did scoot through sites quicker than usual for a few days.
The performance seemed to drop off a bit after a few days and odd stuff like what I described kept happening.
It is noticeably slower now with it uninstalled, but no crazy stuff so I'll leave it be.
    Thanks again Stefan,
