    alright my comet runs 18.3 very consistantly its a i6 auto. ya thats slow but thats about what the other 6's run right. how much horsepower do those things have anyways:huh:

    I think it`s about 85hp !! Check out www.fordsix.com , there`s alot of go fast upgrades you could make.

    72 Comet GT 302/AOD, 1972 Mustang NHRA Stock Eliminator 351C
    With the mods allowed in IHRA Stock Eliminator we have about 135hp at the wheels. At approx 2600lb our '72 has run 15.30's at almost 86mph. ;)

    Dont mean to highjack a thread, but does anyone know when that new aluminum head FSP is working on will be available? I sure am curious about the price...

    clifford and ford six performance are really the only places out there to get hipo i6 stuff, its pretty pricey but both have very good quality stuff, cams valve covers, 2bbl conversion kits, header. rebuild kits. turbos are also a very popular mod. The i6 has a very strong bottom end for that type of modification
