what do you need, who is doing the machining to your engine? will it need oversize pistons, what about the cylinder head?
i'm sure that you will get everything you need either from rockauto or summitracing.
but i'd suggest that you find out what you need first, and then start to source quality parts.

I can think of a couple of options. Once you have your engine disassembled and know what the details are on the bore of the engine, the dimensions of crankshaft journals, the condition of the heads etc.(perhaps with the help of a local machinist), you can order the equipment as mentioned above (Rock Auto being one company that specializes in internet orders). You can either have it sent to a friend who lives in the USA and he can have it shipped to Israel or you can use a freight forwarding service. There are plenty of freight services on the east coast of the USA. They can make sure it is properly packed and can take care of any customs, and duty issues. I think I would pay the extra cost and go with air freight.

    is a...motor swap... an option?
for the parts/ shipping/machine work cost and to have it built, you will be way over the swap cost...be it a 6 or 8 cyl. swap...
