Well i just got done talking to the guy thats painting my maverick and he told me that in some ways it would be easier to fine a stripe kit for the stripes on want on my maverick. So im looking around and i cant seem to find what i want. I want these on my maverick He said he could paint this but also said that getting a decal would be easier. Now for the side stripes. I found this on on a foreign maverick in the media section and i really like it. So does anyone know of a site that can make these decals or just sell them? Orrr am i just going to have to have them painted? The guy painting my maverick said the side stripes he cant do, but to just get a decal. Anyways, thanks.
That hood stipe (top picture) is not factory....but looks somewhat similiar to what one would find on a 1970 Grabber. No decal kit is available for the 1970 hood stripe. No stencil kit is available either for the 1970 Grabber hood. 1971 and up....one can get a hood stripe kit or a stencil kit depending on style and year.
you can find the side stripes on Brazilian e-bay or through a member here that sells parts from there.
