sub frame connectors

    MMI have a 70 Maverick and I want to connect the sub frames. Will one from a Mustang work like from a 68-70 Mustang? If not does anyone know where to order some?

    You can search the forum for "subframe Connectors" and you will find many threads dealing with this subject. I think someone was selling them at one time and many have made their own. :)

    I got mine from Summit. I had to ask for them. They were not listed in their catalog. There's usually some for sale on here if you post in the parts wanted section.:)

    I know a guy that used factory Ford subframe connectors from the Lincoln Versailles that he robbed the rear axle from. He said they fit the bottom of the car almost perfectly. I was supposed to go see them this past weekend but still too much snow for him to bring the car out of hiding...

    Doug Herbert Racing usually stocks them,I believe that they are round.
