suicide doors

has anybody thought of doing this to one of the 4dr maves?

saw a lincoln at the junk yard and looks cool.

never considered it with a 4 door, because I'd never own a 4 dr.

did consider it with a 2 dr tho. but passed for this one.

 

i think the four door would be cool like that.

 

I thought about it and doing a maverick Limo at the same time. I will pull this off someday. I had to pass on the idea for now. No room and not a big enough shop yetI'm working on that too.

 

last year i had to sell my mave or have i towed well the guty still owes me some $$$ on it. and now he is moving to olklahomea so he's going to give it back yaaaaaaaaaaa
its a 4dr white 74 6 cyl auto ^^

 

I think that a 4dr mav with the front doors left alone and a suicide done on the rear would be awsome. On the rear doors just switch the door handles to opposite sides and put them on the front of the doors like in the pic below. I also dont think that suicide doors would look right on a 2dr., it just dosent look right with the body lines to me.

 

doing suicide's on the rear would also help out with cargo (more parts) ^^

I will have to partially retract that...there are a couple of 4-doors that look really cool. I am just partial to the 2-doors

I am also looking to Suicide my rear doors. have you had any luck?

 

not yet im still looking for a place to do it . the rules here suck only one car alowed and no working on it or be kicked out.

i got the hinges and a friend who might be able to hock me up with the fabracation

to me with renforcements in the doors and qurter panels these might work with the limted space problems
