surface rust; hard to reach

    i have some surface rust on the inside of my car that i am trying to get rid of and dont really know what to do about some of it. it is on the body panels behind other peices of metal that are welded on. for example behind the wheel well, on the roof around the edges, ect. i am redoing the inside of my car and really need a little advice on what to do with it. Please and Thank You :D

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    If you can see the rust/touch it with your hand you should be able to get some sort of rust converter/encapsulator in there and coat it.rust bullett/eastwood rust converter/por-15 or something like that.Your other options are to cut it out or media/sand blast if you can get the nozzle in there.Good luck.
