here's my switch panel, what do you guys think? the red button is my line lock, not sure if i'm gonna keep it there, or just make it a normal switch like the rest of em. the empty space on the right side will be filled with a 2 1/16th gauge when the money comes.

That is the way mine are in my other Maverick, except I have 7 and they are 3 way switches. Have to be in a certain position before it'll fire

i'm gonna hide another switch somewhere that will control the main power to the fuse box in my car, so if that switch is off everything is off in the car :bouncy:

    looks real nice!
Only thought is the line lock button might not be in a good place
needs to be easily reached either on the steering wheel or shifter....IMO.

Thanks for telling me this...now I know what to look for when I want to steal your car :evilsmile

I used to have a little pickup truck that I wore the key out on the ignition, horn didn't work, etc. I had a line of switches, one was starter, on/off power and fuel pump, horn, radio. If you hit them in the wrong order, the horn or radio would kick on, sort of like a built-in alarm.

So picture my start toward school...jump in the back of the truck, hit the back window to knock the latch loose, slide open back window, reach in and unlock door, walk around to door and enter car. Switch for power, switch for fuel pump, switch for starter, switch for radio, then on my way... :D

Glad I went to college, got a job, and can afford keyless entry.
