I'm getting ready to do a T-5 conversion and dont want to use the ugly T-5 shifter handles. Anyone know which hurst handles look good for more of a classic look, I cant seem to find anything for T-5 on their site its all for the original 3 or 4 speeds.

Also which type of linkage should I use cable or hydraulic?

The old Hurst sticks bolt right on to a T5. Just pick the size and shape you need from their web site and buy it at Summit. I'm using a chrome flat stick with the T-handle I bought from Summit Racing. I did have to bolt the stick to the right side of the shifter stub to keep it from hitting my leg. Depends what stick you choose. The stock T5 shifter sucks, you'll do better to get an aftermarket piece.

Oh yeah, I just kept the mechanical linkage.
