Just got home from buying a t5 off craigslist. Came with short throw pro shifter, new fork, bellhousing and new flywheel. He said it had been gone thru and new sycronizers installed. He said its good to go and if i had a problem with it he would give me my money back. Got it all for 400.00:dance::dance::dance::dance:

PS Thanks David (mean maverick) for the info :Handshake

sweet! that's what bryant and I are doing. We going with the CNC clutch pedal that has the master cylinder built in, CNC slave cylinder. I actually got my T5 for same price as you.

I will be watching both of you closely. (That is, if you're documenting...)

I have made up my mind that a manual transmission is non-negotiable, I must have it, but I also intend to retain my power brakes, so hydro is going to be about my only option.

mo and i have had some of the brackets waterjeted out. i can get them reproduced at any time. tomarrow (fri 4/26) we are puting mo's t5 in. im sure he will take lots of pics. ive been thinking of puting all this into a kit form. the trick part is we are using a cnc hydrolic pedal assebley that puts the master cylinder in the dash, not in the engine compartment. that allows it to work with power brakes.
