so I've got my 302 and my t5 bolted in, my drive drive shaft seems to be functional but I hear t5's need a specific yoke. I'm reusing my original driveshaft (1970 200 I6 w/3 on tree) it splines up and is inserted 5" in the tranny, is that enough to prevent vibrations? I could lengthen the driveshaft aprox 2" to set the yoke deeper if I need to, or do need to buy a new yoke?

As long as you've got about 1" if the yoke sticking out of the tailhousing, you're fine.

I guess I'll just have to try it when the time comes(still more work left to do)
