Ok considering purchasing the Total Control Front Coilover suspension. I have read all the threads on here and still wondering??
1/What's the best spring choice as they offer several for daily driving and some drag strip
2/How much adjustability do the Coilover have as far as up and down for ride height
3/How important is having adjustability on shock compression and rebound
    4/ OP reviews

I have 3,200 on my set up. I have no complaints and the car handles excellent.

I have 500# spring on an aluminum head engine, AOD and AC. A bit stiff but I like it.

I have not played much with the ride height. I believe you want the lower arms parallel to the ground. Mine sits pretty low and I might see if I can bring it up a bit.

As far as the shocks. I have not found the time to play with it either. The level of adjustability would depend upon what you want to do with the car.

Install is not too difficult. Probably the hardest thing is drilling out the spot welds on the upper coil mount.

I used the original spindels. This is also what Wilwood specified.

Did you get the "Shelby Drop" version?

The Wilwoods were also an easy install. I got their stainless braided line it. The only thing I had to do was get a 90* fitting at the caliper to get the line out of the suspension. I had to specal order it from a local fittings shop.
