My first car way back in 1982 was a 73 comet Gt and I still have that car. About 15 years ago I started acquiring parts to try and restore it. I always hit a dead end with the grill, bumper and filler. If anyone could help mefindthem I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance! Also I have a 76 maverick 4 door parts car if any of you need anything.

Welcome from Northern California! Look through the classified ads here for parts you need and you can also place your own wanted ad. Your local craigslist and ebay are a good source as well. Junrai is one of the members here and he might have the grill you're looking for.
from MD The bumper can be sourced from either a 1973 Maverick or Comet. They were the same that year. Just be sure to get one with or without the holes for the rubber strips depending on what you need. The correct grill for that year can come from any 1973 Comet, no difference between GT and standard grill except for the color. You should be able to find what you need by posting in the Wanted section.
