    Glad to be here. We call her the Little Red Devil. '72 Comet GT. 302, cam, Street Demon carb., 5 speed, 9 inch with 3:50 gears. She runs like a scalded dog.

    I think you bought that car from John in Clearbrook, VA. He bought the NOS hood emblem that is on your car from me. My uncle bought his '71 Comet GT from him a couple of years ago.

    Thanks for the welcome. I did get the car from John in Clearbrook Va. Traded my 1953 F100 for it. Have a new 5 year old that came as part of a package deal with my GF and I needed the extra seat. I immediately changed out the Holley Street Avenger 670 carb. then installed the Demon. It really woke her up. I've been a Ford Guy all along, having owned Fairlanes, Galaxies, Falcons, a real nasty V8 Pinto, a 70 Cougar, and a little front engined Digger with SBF power.
