My 1st project has begun. 1973 302, sad to say that when I look at the car I just think of how long its going to take. It was a present from an uncle and well hopefully I make it work. I don't think my experience with cars is high enough to take this task but thats why I came here to hopefully get tips and help from you guys. It was originally automatic but uncle switch trans with 88 5 speed mustang trans ( I believe so) but car hasn't been turn on because it was unfinished , and front brakes were switch to disk. Car has lots of rust on the floor. Other than that these are some pictures. I have more work cut out for me eh

looks like a good project. do you have any pics of the clutch pedal set up. i would like to see how the cable attaches to the clutch pedal.
Welcome from northeastern Illinois. Ur right u have ur work cut out. Gud luck with it. There is a guy on the forum who's suppose to start making sheet metal replacements soon, for our cars. I think he's doing floor pans.
