Finally finished the motor. :dancing: Started it in March of this year. Can believe it started right up without playing with the timing or anything. Just bump the starter & she is running. Sounds great with the 3" exhaust & Dynamax Bullits.(y) This thing is very scary to me.:yikes: It will take some getting used to. I have the MSD limited to 4000 right now & I can't believe how hard it pulls. I will be taking it for DYno Tuning either next week or the following week. After tuning then I will raise the RPM's. See video below of 1st start up. Also see link to the progress thread that tells everything done.:yup:

    Looks and sounds awesome! :yahoo:

how long are you going to drive it before the dyno? is there a rule of thumb for breaking in an engine (other than the initial break-in) before giving her a go?

I am not going to drive it anymore until after the Dyno. I want to make sure that it's not too lean. I don't want to hurt it.

I just cant imagine why you dont want to hurt it :hmmm: :)

You better get some g force training cause it is going to lay you back in the seat, if you can get the power to the ground that is :thumbs2:
