Dan, let's get the GA guys together and buy that stock. We'll make a fortune or learn to eat auto parts for breakfast. I've lost thousands on less promising ventures. Ain't used to it, but ain't afraid of it either.

WOW! That is amazing. Can you imagine stumbling onto a find like that? It would be like falling into parts heaven.:) I showed that auction to my husband Dale and he just went ga-ga. He figures there's at least $40,000 to $50,000 worth of parts in that building.

My luck, I'd win the auction and all the boxes would be empty. :(

I 'd be very cautious about that auction.
That bumper guard on the shelf may fit a Comet/Mav.

Most of the boxes appear to be open. I wouldn't expect
to find any Mustang, Cougar or Truck stuff in there worth
    anything.

    My .02.

I agree with Seth. I doubt there's much of any value to a collector in there. My father ran a Ford parts dept. for 40 years (his was a lot neater) and the bulk of the items he kept in stock were everyday service parts, not cosmetic parts that are hard to find. You don't get paid to keep old parts on the shelf, and those that didn't move were usually sent back to Ford or scrapped. The Grabber hood is somewhat of an anomaly and I'm sure it would be fun to look through all the boxes but don't expect to get rich. It also kind of makes you wonder what kind of dealer would abandon an entire parts room like that. I'd bet that anything of real value is already gone.

    Sam :)
