I was helping a friend time his mustang the other day and noticed something that I don't think I see on my car. With the light on the + of the coil (Battery in trunk) and grounded the timing mark seems to be a bit random. Sure it hits on 12* but I also see the light flashing at 90* and 180*. Am I missing somethong ? I think last time I timed my car it wa dead on and the numbers did not seem to move up r down at all. Just curious, his car runs great. Thanks
