I got the fenders off and the holes from the molding are easy to fill by melting rod into the holes. The doors and rear quarter panels are tougher as I do not want to remove them.I dont want to take the interior door panels off as I will frick them up and they wont look the same. So if I ripped and cut the molding from the outside. How can I seal the holes from the outside? Any tricks?

Mig welder(best way)unless you have a tig set up.Dont use brass rod(brazeing rod) It will eventually cause dissimilar metal corrosin and its to brittle for metal finishing work.
