My tires are getting a haze on them and they aren't that old. I've tried tire cleaner but it doesn't seem to help. What are you using to keep your tires looking fresh?

Go to Wal Mart, and grab some of this: http://www.westleys.com/
It'll clean your tires up, just don't get it on your wheels, or paint.

I use the Eagle stuff--I put some of the gel on an applicator and wipe. I think it lasts longer and keeps a shine longer; even on my driver and even after rain etc. In other words I don't have to keep applying it all the time to maintain the shine.
    Just my 2 cents.

Your tires are very sensitive to UV radiation (sunlight) It is one of the things that discolors/dries out your tire sidewall. Use a tire dressing that has a UV blocker in it.
Also... when the car is stored...Put black plastic trashbags over em or expensive tire covers to keep em healthy and safe from the sunlight...

I also use the Bleche White stuff Dave recommends. Just keep it strictly on the tires and wear gloves. Be sure to use a rag strictly for tires as it will ruin the rag.
I follow-up with motor oil to bring out a shine

westleys is the consesus lol. if you have put alot of tire dressing on it over the year you will get a brown ring around the tire thats just ugly. westleys let sit for about a minute then scrub brush it rinse and dry. if you have white letters try a brillo pad and comet after you've done the above steps. they will be bright white all over again.
