    I thought it was bad...
come to find out...it was loosing power to the MSD 6010 timing controller box.
example: going down/up the interstate at 75-80 MPH the engine would loose fire for one to two seconds and then fire itself back up. this may happen in 90 miles or 1/4 mile. after replacing it I went to meet Tim for lunch, it went 90 miles before it did it and then did it 9 more times in the next 15 miles...:hmmm:
replaced the cam sensor while I was at Tims and it did it 7 times on the way back. wired in a test light and found that the power going to the box is shutting off at these times.
here's the LED light I wired into the power wire to the module, stuck under the wiper blade...when the engine died, the light went out...:yup:
this test was only 6 miles before it did it..(y)

So, bad connection or a faulty box?
