Awards and final results will be tomorrow during last combo race. Did some calculating on various makes and models of cars in the top ten of Pro/no/e class. Strictly foot brake with no delays, two steps, air shifters, or trans-brakes. Five points for showing up and one point for each round won. Ten point race schedule this year instead of twenty as years before.

Dang, the top 10 is 20 percent Maverick! Looks like I'm going to have to sell mine and get one of those rare Mustang things that nobody runs!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Just got in from the last race for us. Deer season opened and took a toll on car count. Mavman did not want to race, but I did, so he crewed for me, in the Fairmont. Went to the semi's and lit a red one. Was a lot of fun cause we were all not chasing points, just money. Thanks everybody for the replies too. Oh yeah, was chatting with the Vega guy, who runner-uped, to Todd and the Maverick, in points. He is going to have two cars next year and is looking at a 40ft hauler. Asked him what he was going to do with his 24ft enclosed one. In short, Todd and I bought it from him. 2002 model with torsion bar suspension and racks inside etc. No more hauling tools and other necessities in the back of my truck and having to unload it all on Monday morning. Will all stay inside nice and dry etc. Now where can I get some money to pay my half?

Thank's guy's, not only did we do good this year, but the trailer is like new and has new tire's and brakes. Torsion bar suspension and generator rack on the tongue, paid 4500 but well worth it in my book. Also found out my youngest son is coming home from Iraq next month. It don't get any better than that.

that's great to hear about your son coming home. congratulations on the trailer. it'll spoil you quickly. our summer races are in the evening here and we sometimes don't get home til 3 or 4 in the a.m. nice to just pull in , go into the house, and go to sleep. my car has been out of the trailer once , around here, since february. that was when i took the trailer in for tires. congratulations to both of you on a great year. :)
