hi guys question for ya i have a70 maverick wich has the 250 inline 6 i got evrything i need from a 75 v8 donor car to do conversion i did the rear end already new 4 leaf springs and swapped over the drums to disks but then ran into a snag when i went to change the tranny crossmember it wouldnt fit its not long enough why is this i see a hole above where the old crossmeber was bolted too and it looks like it will fit then but the tranny mount wont allow me to get the cross member that high do i need to change the mount? or is something else wrong?
