Former GM guy so I don't know what all will interchange. I just finished a C-6 for my dad's truck. We are swapping out a 4 speed and I was wondering what the odds were I can use the same slip yoke on the auto. It's an 89 F150 2 wheel drive. Probably not the same but a guy can hope right?
It depends on the 4 speed but there are a surprising number that interchange between transmissions - there are also some differences in spline count and outside diameter.
