Pulls to the psngr side. I guess I'm missing something on the driver side? Thanks.

I run the torsion bar on the 2nd notch from the top - even with the spoiler. Seems to help with alignment. Too much tension forces the decklid off to one side a bit. You could try moving it down a notch and see if that helps.

CAREFUL with the torsion bar. If not handled carefully it can whip around on you. A piece or scrap pipe or conduit works nice to move it around.

This "might" help: With the trunk open, push on the trunk lid to move it over to the other side.

Thanks for the info, I thought maybe something was missing...I'll drop it down...I tried pushing it over but it keeps going back.

Is the latch and striker in place? How does it fit without them? Is it out of alignment with and without the striker in place?

    Adjusting them can be tedious.

You bring up a good point....adjusting the latch will pull the trunk lid over as well.

I had to take all the tension off the torsion bar to get mine to sit right.

It's always the right side we have problems with. I bought another trunk because I though my other one fit bad. The new one wasn't much better. Tempted to put the other back on since I haven't drilled the 2nd one yet for the spoiler. :16suspect
