well i remember quite well i smashed my head VERY hard into it during the floor pan replacement in the winter time..the lights themselves and the arrow in the dash just light up, no flash..if i wiggle the signal level it goes in and out on the dash but the lights still stay on, i replaced the clear flasher under the dash, but not the little aluminum looking one, not sure which one controls what, or if that would be the problem..any suggestions on where to look? or did my head mash something inside the steering column?

Are all the lights and grounds connected?

Try switching the two flashers. One is for the turn signals, the other is the 4 way flashers. If you use the heavy duty flasher for the turn signals, the indicators will still blink even though you may have a bad bulb. The standard flasher is made to just come on and stay on if a bulb is bad. :)

i checked them all and could not see any i missed..

these are all brand new bulbs everywhere and they light up..and light up in the dash as if the bulb was dead.
