Decided to blackout the rear of the 74 ... Painted the spoiler and endcap to match finally .... the end caps aren't dry enought to put on yet .... That's my new 250 engine in the box in front ...

I think that looks great Dan. I think you need to go ahead and do the tail lights too...jmo.

I thought about it ... But with the bumpers, Magnum 500's (when I finally get them installed) and the full window trim on the sides I figured I'd have a nice balance of black, yellow and chrome ... We'll see .. I'm known to change my mind ... :)

    Dan,
Now paint a Comet GT stripe around
the scoop on the hood and you will
    be cooking!

Seth ... I was actually eyeballing that out today! :)

But should the center stripe be wider than the hood scoop or the same width as the hood scoop ... Here are two different factory photos showing it two different ways ..

Dan, jmo, but I'm not sure about the stripe. With that said, however, something else does need to be black to go along with the tail light panel. Is the grill black? How 'bout just the scoop being black? Just thinking out loud.:hmmm:
