I wanted to get some opinions on a Two Tone interior.
Example, Blue Carpet , headliner, door panels and dash.
Black bucket and rear seats, steering wheel and dash cap.
I thought it may look pretty good, whaddya think?

I think I would like black seats with the blue kick panels, and door panels etc. Don't get me wrong, I love the blue interior over the black. If you can get yours hands on the black seats, you may be able to dye them blue. I know others have gone the other way say tan or blue to black, but it might be worth try.

Either way good luck, and let us know how you make out.

I did mine in two-tone. it was originally all ginger & saddle-brown...
(the door pannels are now black also--that's an old photo)

    Rick-

I think Blue and white would be a great combination for your car.

    Seth:

    That's a Grant GT steering wheel. It's almost 15" (14-7/8").
I like it BUT I would trade it in a heartbeat for a good Cobra-II steering wheel. :D

    Riporter:

I like your idea, and black door handles look great on ANY color interior. They also don't show dirt like the lighter colors do...

I was thinking you might be able to pull the two-tone off with the blue and black, I once saw someone's blue interior with a black dash pad, so that might be something else you might want to think about.

    Good luck,

I am going to try the black and red interior. I have complete sets of both and wanted to jazz it up a little. We will see how it works out....

badmav70, I went back and found that picture of a blue interior with a black dash. It was Pegasus's interor of his car. He had been trying to help me find a good dash pad, and he had emailed me a picture of his setup. I know it is off a later model Maverick, but I hope it helps you a little.
