Has anyone done this to their Maverick? I was thinking that some green neon or maybe L.E.D's would go great with my green/white paint. So I wondered if anyone has bought any, and if there is anything I should be looking for? and should I be looking for one of the factory accessory terminals to hook it all up? or use an after market accessory kit?

Just imagine how cool that would look under a Maverick or Comet!! :thumbs2:

Not gonna argue with you Dave... ;)
Just gonna share a funny story in your thread!

I bought a real nice two tone green/white 71 SWB F100 in the mid 90s.
Sweet truck that the previous owner had done a great deal of custom work to and installed a pretty amazing running 69 4v 351w. He went all out... I got the truck cheap and reaped the benefit when his girl got prego!

Only one thing about the truck bugged me. There was a toggle switch neatly installed in the middle of the dash. It didn't do ANYTHING. I would flip it to the 'other' position every once in a while, just to see if something would happen. No luck.

One winter morning, the season it was still pitch dark when I arrived at work, everyone was falling over themselves laughing when I pulled into the parking lot.
All my co-workers cracked up for some reason.:rofl2:

Turns out the switch, on my green/white 71 F100, operated the 4 hot pink glow sticks under the truck! I had no idea.

Dave, I have some 7-colour kits available - you don't need to stick with green. Change things up with 'yer mood swings!!:yahoo:

 Er, I thought April 1 was about four months ago... But okay, I'll bite.

Yeah, do it! Quick, before you succumb to the munchies and the weed wears off!

And get one of these too, that would look pretty bitchin'

And one of these will REALLY help the VTEC kick in, yo!

At the 2006 roundup this Comet had neons or some sort of lights on the bottom of the car.

I had a 1987 Honda Spree moped that me and my buddies put blue neons under. :rofl2:

My '72 has two blue lights up under the dash. Looks kind of spooky with them on at night, a soft blueish (not enough to get in trouble) colored light just kind of glows up from seemingly nowhere in the car. Everyone who's rode in the car at night seems to like it.
