Thanks Jeremy. It is the original core support that I stripped & sanded & then repainted. The original radiator with a new 3 row core. Did you notice that I cut out the battery vent area of the core support for cool air to enter for the induction system?

I figured you'd like the color! Since these pics were taken, I have installed the bumper, gravel shield & valance. I still need to install the headlight assemblies, grill, hood latch & hood scoops. I'm still waiting for the plater to finish assorted other gold cad hardware to install this stuff. And the dreaded shock tower to firewall braces! I can drive it now, but I'm sure it will be another 30 days until fully completed.

    Resto pics are cool.

You might want to start a thread of your own updates (so there will be a chronilogical order of events with pics and updates in one thread). Just keep adding to that one post. just my o.

    Looking good!

Thats sooooo purrrty!!!! You using a black or argent grill? I'd paint the stone guard that blue too. That would really look nice with a black grill.

Looking good! Even though we do restorations for a living, it's always nice to see another Maverick or Comet coming back to life in all it's glory. Keep the pictures coming. We never get tired of them.

I did paint the stone guard body color. The grill will be a standard, non Grabber type, painted argent.
I had my own restoration shop from 1994 to 1998. Too slow a turn & I did things too cheap to make any money. I gave up & went back to the grind of steady employment.
