About a year ago i rebuilt my front end. All the parts on it are new, but recently i have gotten a pretty bad squeaking. I'm pretty sure it's the upper control arms, but i won't know for sure until i get there. I do recall, however, having some difficulty rebuilding the upper control arms. I bought only the rod and caps for the upper control arms. They did not seem to have a very definite way to be installed. Has anyone used these? I just bought the McQuay-Norris kit from autozone. Is this an acceptable way to do it? I know Napa (gag) has the whole upper control arm for $75 a pop, which would be nice because it has the spring perch, but not so great because i don't have a lot of money. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
