Only, if you have a fur coat like that guy. How beat was that Mercedes? It doesn't look bad..but those circus wheels don't do it any favors..

they used that stuff on the "car warriors" show before..a few times i think. looked like neat stuff thats easy to shape that wont just pop off if dinged.

its great for filling holes in fenders then cutting it off with a utility knife then bondo - a little sanding paint primer it's ready for a new owner with a shiny new paint job:dance:

Hardly new. Many pro's have been making aero master parts for years with that stuff. You can also use the green/brown water retaining foam used in the bottom of flower pots too. MUCH easier to shape compared to expanding foam and can be bought in large blocks.

That and the microfiber blanket for fiberglass. Best low budget aero car mod tricks out there. Build a frame out of wood, and use a $5 microfiber blanket and 2 $5 cans of spray foam and we built a really sweet front-end for my buddies Datsun in a weekend. (OK he spent like 2 weeks on the frame...)

We built the basic shape out of the spray foam, then used the microfiber blanket for final form.
