    Stephen-
So what are you changing for the challenge matches
at the end of July to run 1/4? Or is that top secret?
    Looking good.

Seth, I probably won't change anything.....it's just not worth it to switch over to a 1/4 mile for just one trip to the track, i'll be running 1/8th mile only at the roundup......

It would be interesting to see with a gear swap what
yours would do in MPH in the 1/4 mile. I know that there
are other factors to consider, many for safety.
I have no concept about 1/8 times and MPH. All my
history is based on 1/4 mile.

I'll try 1/4 mile one day but right now it's just not in the budget to make the necessary changes......all the local tracks are 1/8th mile.....closest 1/4 mile is Bristol and they won't let me run, my car doesn't meet NHRA and IHRA guidelines for how fast it's going.....

If I were to spray it they would want me to have a parachute, per the rulebook.......

    Wow.
Wish I could see the video.
What do times like that translate to for 1/4mi?

Try right clicking on the link and clicking "save target as".....

It would be a high 10 second car in the 1/4mile on motor.

Looks excellent. Weren't you in the low 7's last year on the motor? Are you heading to Farmington any this year?

    Sweet!
I just ran for the first time.
12.22 motor only with all season radials and stock suspension!
Not in your class but I sure caught the bug!
    Right clicking didn't work.
    Damn.

WOW, that is a very clean looking launch. Awsome e.t. too!

The mph was a little lower than I would've thought but did I mention the e.t. is awsome? (y)

    Looks like a blast!

Rick, the mph was a little lower then average.....probably due to the lower launch rpm and lower shift rpm.....The car is launching better then it ever has, the suspension changes made all the difference!!!

Courier, congratulations on your first pass.....those are not bad times for your first trip!! Keep up the good work!!

Cleaver, yes my best time last year was a 7.05 on motor....best time this year is a 6.83 on motor.....I keep making changes and the car keeps getting faster! Not sure if i'll make it to Farmington this year, probably be doing most of my racing at Shadyside and Mooresville......
