VIN# look up problem

I just bought a 1970 Maverick and am having trouble looking up the vin code. The tag in the car and the title both read FOX91U109282F. Shouldn’t it have an 11 digit vin? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

I’m going to say that somewhere along the line they added the scrip F’s to your title.

Thanks , the problem was including the f’s and o instead of a zero.

As I stated.....Indiana has put an "F" at the beginning and end of your VIN.....which is not correct.

BTW: I am hosting an Indiana Maverick Mini-Meet at the end of September in Gas City, Indiana. You should try and come.

 

If I have it road worthy definitely. I’m not too far from gas city.
