Vinal roofs

    Anyone come up with a good solution to a vinal roof. I have a '77 four door that has a two-tone of red and white and a white vinal roof with LDO trim. The roof has seen better days and I'v heard of a different kind of roof that isn't suposed to shrink or rust under. Any info. I also was thinking of textured pait. I would like to keep it as orgional looking as possiable. Aso, dose anyone know where to get a rubber mat for the trunk?

    I don't know about the roof, but check out autokrafters.com for trunk mats, and sometimes they are on ebay as well. Good luck.

    keep the vinal.... just seal it up really good thats what i had to do with mine... some tacky glue stuff and seal around the edges...

    I had mine replaced locally, exact match (black). Try your local striping shop, graphics and such.

    speaking of vinyl roofs, How do you guys think a black vinyl rook would look on a "hulla blue" mav would look? its an option...

    i like vinyl roofs on most mavericks when its in black, a black roof would look cool if your interior was black as well
